Claude SOP
A group project for the AI Accelerator Program. A Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) on how to use Claude to manage Gmail clutter. The procedure was to give guided instructions on how to first connect your Gmail to Claude with screenshots and a video. The next procedure was demonstrating the ways Claude can help.
Pros: Claude successfully searches the promotional and spam emails. Gave helpful feedback on email management and optimizing storage space.
Cons: Claude is unable to automatically declutter a user’s Gmail, so the user would still have to sort through it manually. Is unable to organize emails that contains file types like mp4 and AVIF for under the same label.
